Dispute Resolution
To function as Authorized Representative of the Company and its affiliated concerns (and of Raffles Education Limited, Singapore) before judicial authorities, government offices, and or statutory bodies.
To manage the ongoing progress and timely disposal of ongoing legal cases in Courts / tribunals
To continuously monitor and update the legal case listing on timely basis to update management of the developments in ongoing matters.
To prepare, and maintain an archive of documents, together with the Corporate Secretarial team and Finance Team, in physical and digital format, for all matters involving the Company.
Commercial Matters
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts and agreements between the Company, and its affiliates (of Raffles Education Limited, Singapore)
Perform research, obtain information, consult with third party professionals, and provide advice on matters of a commercial nature, where requested by the management
You will be required to be adept in using and adapting websites, word files, PDF documents, and other documentation from Italian to English, Hindi to English, and vice versa, also performing research and attempting to understand, where applicable, European or foreign laws, to advise management on legal matters to aid their decision making.
EXPERIENCE : 4-6 Years
