Contract Management Specialist
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Management Specialist to manage and oversee contract repository, ensure efficient contract lifecycle management, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, renewal, and termination.
• Ensure all contracts are properly categorized, stored, and easily retrievable within the legal repository.
• Track contract obligations, milestones, renewals, and expirations, and provide timely alerts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments (business, finance, tech, sales, etc.) to ensure contract compliance.
Qualifications:
• Expertise in contract management systems, legal document organization, version control, compliance tracking, and contract vetting.
• Familiarity with software-based central contract repositories/contract management systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
