Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join our Commercial and Property team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial and property matters, including negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, procurement processes, rural law, subdivisions and development projects, and leases and licenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3-4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in general commercial and property law
Strong technical ability in land issues, property law, and leases and licenses
Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
Ability to research and analyze complex issues, with a tenacious approach to getting to the bottom of curly problems
Understanding of subdivisions and/or local government law is advantageous
