Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Legal Counsel to join their esteemed legal team in Vadodara, Gujarat, IN . This is a critical on-site role requiring deep expertise in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice and support to various departments within the organization, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, partnership deals, and licensing agreements. You will also be involved in corporate governance matters, managing litigation, and advising on risk mitigation strategies. The role demands a thorough understanding of intellectual property law, employment law, and real estate law as they pertain to our client’s operations. You will conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary. We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel.
