ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Agnikul Cosmos is an Indian space technology startup, incubated by the IIT-Madras and is headquartered at Chennai. Having successfully flown a vehicle with the world's first single-piece 3D-printed rocket engine, for which it holds a patent, the vision of Agnikul is to bring space within everyone’s reach, aiming to enable launches from Anywhere, Anytime, Affordably.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement solutions to address legal requirements related to the operations of the start-up
Identify and ensure compliance with licensing and permit requirements for launch activities across various jurisdictions.
Oversee the filing processes and monitor potential violations of the organisations Intellectual Property
Engage in critical negotiations and lobbying efforts with Governmental agencies to advocate for the company’s interests.
