Senior Legal Manager

We’re looking for experienced legal professionals with 6-8 years of PQE in supporting fund development, regulatory compliance, and trading activities.

Ideal candidate must have handled:

• Drafting fund documentation, side letters & compliance monitoring

• Supporting fund launches & capital raising initiatives

• Collaborating with Investor Relations, Business Development & Communications

• Researching global trading regulations & exchange rules

• Has expertise in alternative investment funds, mutual funds, securities offerings, or corporate transactions
