Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the legal team in preparing, negotiating, and finalizing lending-related documentation.
• Preparing preliminary drafts of documents for enterprise customers.
• Implementing best practices in corporate governance and contract management.
• Liaising with external counsel on routine matters.
• Providing legal advice on transaction structures and programs proposed to be implemented by the company
• Candidate having Lending & NBFC Banking Experience is preferred
