Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Legal (Non-Litigation): NBFC/Financial Services professional at OfBusiness. The role is located in Gurugram and requires on-site presence. The Legal (Non-Litigation): NBFC/Financial Services professional will be responsible for handling legal matters related to NBFC/Financial Services operations.
Job Description:
• Draft, review, negotiate and execute a variety of contracts, including but not limited to, business agreements, vendor agreements, service, partnership agreements, NOAs, Banking Agreements, distributor agreements, sales agreements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to different departments within the organization.
• Abreast Knowledge of Companies Act, Contract adinformation technology act.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing documents like Facility agreement documents, channel partnership agreement etc.
• Drafting of inter-company loan agreements
• Communicate complex legal concepts to all the stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Qualifications
• Law degree from a recognized institution
• Experience in NBFC/Financial Services sector
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to NBFC/Financial Services industry
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in handling legal documentation and compliance
• Knowledge of financial products and services
