Provide best practice legal secretarial and administrative services to support Practice Group Leaders.

Based in the Sydney CBD (Martin Place) with flexible work arrangements available.


Classification grade: Clerk Grade 3/4

Salary: $82,1+3 - $+0,001 p.a (plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading)

Work type: Full-Time – 35 hours per week, part-time arrangement can be considered


About the role

This is an excellent opportunity as a Senior Legal Secretary to provide high-quality and efficient executive support and administrative services.

This position entails handling a substantial workload in a dynamic and unpredictable setting, requiring discretion and tact to manage challenging client interactions effectively.

The role involves researching, summarising information, and preparing documentation to support informed decision-making by the Leadership team. In this role, you will provide direct support to the Director of a legal practice group and supervise a team of legal secretaries.


This recruitment will be used to create a talent pool to fill ongoing and temporary full-time and part-time vacancies as they arise over the next 18 months at the CSO.
