BDCU is on the lookout for a Senior Lending & Member Services Officer!

Prime Objectives of the Role.
To ensure the smooth running of the Loans Processing and Member Services on a day to day basis.
Promote and comply with the Credit Union, its products and services to ensure that its services deliver on-going improvements.
Support the Lending & Member Services Lead to promote the delivery of an excellent service in accordance with professional standards, legislative requirements and Bradford District Credit Union policies and procedures.
Build relationships of trust; communicate in an informed, confident, polite and understanding manner with all clients, customers, members and staff.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
