Looking to connect with mid-senior level professionals for an interesting opportunity in Bangalore for a #fooddelivery company. The professional must have +-10 years of experience in commercial litigation (mix of law firm and In-house )
The responsibilities are as follows;
• To oversee, manage and strategize high stake litigations before various forums including but not limited to litigation pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, NCDRC, Commercial Courts and labour courts.
• To effectively manage, supervise and oversee Corporate Litigation and ensure the interest of the Company is well protected.
• Well versed with drafting and reviewing of various pleadings which is filed/ submitted before the Courts including but not limited to counter affidavit, reply in response to Writ Petition, various applications drafted under the provisions of Commercial Courts Act etc.
• To effectively strategize real estate litigation, pan – India.
• To formulate effective recovery strategy against the defaulting vendors by initiating of appropriate legal action against the vendors.
• To assist the internal Liaison and Trust and Safety teams by suggesting effective legal recourse in case of initiating criminal complaint.
• To strategize effective legal recourse and support internal audit team by initiating appropriate legal action against the delinquent third parties.
• To ensure cost effective local external counsels are empaneled with the Company.
• To supervise and manage the other junior members of the Litigation Team.
