What You'll Do:
Responsible for ensuring safety and comfort of residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and Silvercrest Bus Policies.
Assist residents on and off the bus - at the community and the destination.
Collaborate with activities staff to facilitate outings and provide residents an enjoyable experience outside the community.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid MN Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a DOT Physical
Mature individual who interacts well with the senior population
