Understands the 3PL and logistics competitor landscape
Ability to identify merchant pain points, wants and needs to deliver content of relevance
Experience writing and publishing content at a fast pace with a range of end use
Experience working cross-functionally within an organization; external and internal partners
Highly detailed oriented and organized; able to manage a robust content calendar
Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
Able to work autonomously with little guidance
Experienced in creating content that builds on itself through effective cross-linking strategies
Bonus points for a Masters’ degree
Proven work experience as a content creator/copywriter, or a similar role, producing up to 8,000 words
Portfolio of published content required; ecommerce, logistics, freight, transportation, omnichannel
