As a Senior Logistics Manager, you will oversee delivery operations, manage a large team and fleet, and ensure seamless distribution to our customers

Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and leverage data to make informed business decisions

Manage a team of 200+ members, including drivers and fleet personnel, while collaborating with fulfillment center teams to optimize workflows
Partner with HR to support team development and ensure a positive work environment
Address organizational challenges and drive business process improvements and automation
Implement policies and procedures to uphold safety standards and compliance
