Responsibilities
As a Senior Logistics Manager, you will oversee delivery operations, manage a large team and fleet, and ensure seamless distribution to our customers
You’ll collaborate closely with other departments, analyze data to inform decisions, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and leverage data to make informed business decisions
Set expectations for managers, supervisors, and coordinators, and provide regular feedback to ensure accountability and performance
Manage a team of 200+ members, including drivers and fleet personnel, while collaborating with fulfillment center teams to optimize workflows
Partner with HR to support team development and ensure a positive work environment
Address organizational challenges and drive business process improvements and automation
Implement policies and procedures to uphold safety standards and compliance
Develop and measure key logistics performance indicators, including safety, cost, and on-time delivery
Adapt delivery processes as needed to meet company goals and exceed customer expectations

About the Role
