Are you a seasoned insurance professional/loss adjuster looking for a role where expertise, impact, and service excellence come first? This is your chance to work with complex, high-value commercial property claims while enjoying unmatched flexibility and rewards!
Working closely with several key parties on complex, large loss property claims to obtain the best coverage and outcome for your client
Using your strong technical policy expertise to find coverage where possible, having robust conversations with loss adjusters, whose advice may differ from your own.
Writing technical reports following site visits
Presenting technical claims reports and investigation to insurers to obtain their acceptance of the client's claim
Using your strong relationship skills to allow for open communication between brokers, clients, insurers, and loss adjusters
Managing a diverse case load of between 10 - 30, (smaller commercial to large losses) providing excellence in service, spending time on each case
About You:
With outstanding people and communication skills, confident in your ability to negotiate at boardroom level to obtain positive client outcomes
Experienced loss adjuster, (Diploma of Loss Adjusting) dealing with complex commercial, major loss claims
Passionate about passing on your knowledge and mentoring junior team members
Stable work history within adjusting
