Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency within our facility

This role involves working with a variety of systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, refrigeration, chillers, and conveyors

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on various types of equipment including boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues including VFD, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations

Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for equipment installation, repair, and maintenance

Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities, generating reports, and managing spare parts inventory

Perform welding tasks as needed, including MIG, to repair equipment and maintain structural integrity

Maintain the conveyor system, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff

Train junior technicians and provide guidance on maintenance best practices
