Senior Maintenance Technician

Summary of Duties

Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, the Senior Maintenance Technician oversees specialized and general repairs and maintenance services on properties and equipment in various areas of work including: electricity, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing.

This includes supervising a maintenance team and supporting/assisting other maintenance team members in the completion of various projects and general maintenance.
