Developing and executing Ecommerce & Modern Trade Strategy
• Managing the growth, penetration and share gains of the 4 key categories of business
• Manage daytoday marketplace Modern Trade & Ecommerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance
• Sales targets, onsite campaigns, promotion planning, operations and Customer relation management
• Strategy formation and Growth planning
• Right utilization of the budgets for key accounts.
• Conduct Monthly Business review with partners.
• Develop Joint Business Plan with partners broken down into quarter and months
• Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered through channel partners and tracking competitor activity
• Responsible for identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitability.
Experience Required:
• Very good understanding of Sales and distribution of FMCG categories. The candidate must have Ecommerce experience
