Senior Manager, Banking Alliance (Bengaluru).
What you will do:
• End to end account management for portfolio of partner banks.
• Nurture trusted and longlasting relationships with the Bank's Business heads
• Facilitate seamless on boarding of organization s as customer/client in the bank's ecosystem.
• Drive commercial negotiations, agreements across mapped set of banks.
• Manage specific targetbased negotiations with the banks on special pricing.
• Handle and build team for liaising with the key banks. Meet the assigned target through the team in the assigned bank.
• Define metrics for monitoring the performance and effectiveness of existing banks acquiring relationships.
• Deliver against bank fee expense targets with the assigned bank portfolio.
• Drive key metrics like success rate, cost, optimization of refund and settlement with the partner banks.
• Understand and map the bank's hierarchy, decision makers and influencers so traverse the teams and get things done
• Liaising with other crossfunctional teams like Solutions, Product etc. to ensure that we deliver on required customizations by sizing up the opportunity, creating projections and helping implement and deliver winning engagement programs.
What we will need:
• Min 5 10 years of work experience in Digital Payments who has managed Banking/Financial partnerships, Banking Alliances and have diligently worked with banks and other financial partners.
• Strong knowledge in PG (Payment Gateways) acquiring, issuing and online payments business.
• Should be aware of pricing structure in online payments for cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external), and other stakeholders who impact performance
