Profile - Accounts Payable

Location - Jaipur

CTC upto 17 LPA

Qualification, Experience/Competencies

 Graduate/ Post-Graduate from Commerce Stream

 10 years of relevant experience in managing Accounts Payable process

 Experience in automation or transformation of F&A processes

Experience

Understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable process

 Worked with large company in their accounts payable department.

 Sound understanding and working knowledge of Invoice booking, Vendor payments, and

Employee Expense Reimbursements/ Petty Cash Expenses

 Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoice booking and vendor payments.

 Oversee all payment transactions such as ACH, wires, paper checks and so on.

 End to end tracking of invoices, resolution and daily dashboard

 Ensure correct tax deduction With-holding tax to be deducted under various categories and

 Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders

 Good Presentation skills

 Strong English communication

 Organized with keen attention to detail

Technology/ERP

 Must have working knowledge of Dynamic 365

 Working knowledge on ERP like SAP, Oracle will be an added advantage

 Understanding of Workflow system

 Working Knowledge of MS office (mainly MS excel, Outlook), Internet
