Job Description
1. Direct management of assigned acquiring banks via consultative sales.
2. Understand all existing solutions being provided to the acquiring banks and develop a P&L of Innoviti's earnings from the acquiring bank.
3. Identify and convert new opportunities in assigned accounts to increase revenue.
4. Create a business plan for
a) increasing share of the wallet by removing competition and
b) creating new business cases for new solutions available with Innoviti but not utilized by the account.
5. Keep track of current business with assigned accounts on day to day basis and make sure the account is also updated.
6. Act as the final point of escalation on service and business issues from the account.
7. Make sure security or compliance or guidelines are fulfilled within defined timeline. Deal with internal team members and get things done.
8. Setup a monthly meeting with account stakeholders to present existing business relationship status and potential opportunities along with benefit to accounts.
+. Interface with product management and marketing to provide them with customer feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with the account.
10. Manage all agreements, renewals and upward pricing revisions.
Goals:
• Increase revenue from existing assigned accounts through existing tech. solutions and new solutions which are in the line with our product roadmap.
• Increase revenue at minimum cost by onboarding new acquiring banks on the platform. This includes finalizing best commercials, signing up agreements, getting certification done, and taking them to live in 2 merchants. Day-to-day activities: • Meetings with bank channels as per beat plans.
• Make sure account is updated with current business from various solutions and potential solutions.
• Adhere sales process through Sales Force.
• Get agreement done by interacting with our internal legal team and account’s legal or product team.
• Facilitate support to account from our tech. or support teams.
Skills and Qualification:
• Will hold an MBA degree from a reputed institute with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in consultative business management.
• Should have demonstrated extreme levels of customer orientation.
• Have a proven track record in sales and relationship management to large corporate accounts with CxO level interactions.
• Strong business analysis skills through advanced Excel and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in creating business models in Excel from scratch.
• Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Good command of the English language with the ability to communicate complex ideas through simple words.
• Have the proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the CxO level.
• Have the flexibility and availability to travel (approx. 50%-70% of the time)
