Name of the Post: Sr. Manager Admin/HR & Legal
Qualifications: MBA or its equivalent, preferably LLB. Age: around 55-60, Pleasing Personality, Good command in written/spoken English,
Experience: 10 Years plus experience in the discipline
KEY ROLES OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• i)Responsible for finding, recruiting, screening and training job applicants.
• ii)Responsible for all types statutory compliances: Labour Laws-Provident Fund & ESI, Welfare Funds, Gratuity or any other obligations. Timely Periodical Returns.
iii) Insurance coverage of Companys owned Units, Medical coverage of employees.
• iv)To deal and monitor Legal matters of the Company & liaisoning with Advocates.
• v)Time Attendance Control, Biometric systems, Muster Control. Preparation of Timely Wages on roll of employees, Vendors & their attendance control.
• vi)Handling employees compensation & benefits, offering career developments.
vii Development of Policies to maintain conducive/congenial & Industrial Harmony.
Salary Structure: Rs.67, 000/- (Rs. Sixty Seven Thousand only). For deserving

Software knowledge: Computer Savvy-All basic Software.
Commutation: Own Conveyance
