Website: www.rupeek.com Linked In : About the role: Senior Manager Back Office- Delivery Role Team Management - Managing a team of 60+ (Direct + Indirect) handling sub-processes of Bank transfers, Reconciliation, Repayments and Loan booking and Closures Drive Efficiency through continous monitoring of existing processes in order to improve productivity and reduce the overall cost per transaction Ensuring that all processes are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements / Lender Contracts. Skill: Team / Stakeholder management Exceptional Analytical skills Problem-solving skills Persona: Top-notch academics, preferably from Tier 1 institutes - MBA/Engineer Metric / Target driven Should have managed a large team (>30 members) 5 years of Work experience
