Job Description
Your responsibilities:
• Sourcing, development, and retention of high quality engineers at all levels of experience. The team size is approximately 40 and is organised into smaller teams located in Sydney, Bangalore and Chennai
• Strategic management of workforce to ensure we have the required skills in the right place at the right time.
• Technical design, engineering & quality practices; and accountability for adoption in your teams
• Provide guidance to delivery planning and support during execution
• Promoting CBA and developing our value proposition as a software engineering employer of choice
• Contributing to technical architecture and strategic planning.
Your qualifications:
From the user interface to the database, you have the mindset of using the right tools to get the job done. As such, we expect that you’ve got the chops across a number of programming languages and platforms.
You’re still hands on coding and can comfortably lead a team of the globe’s best engineers to tackle
solutions at scale.
Ultimately we’re a .net and native mobile shop. Experience with a number of the following would be advantageous:
• C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Android - Java / Kotlin
• iOS – Objective C / Swift
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Microservices architectures
• Restful APIs
• Web frameworks such as React
• Large scale CMS such as AEM
