Senior Manager | Banking Operation

Role/ Position: Sr. Manager - Banking Operations Experience: 10+ Years of experience. Qualification: Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA Number of reportees: 5 - 8 Members Team Size: 8-10 Members (Including Payment Ops) CTC- 20 LPA Job Responsibility : - Have Experience of Working in start up companies- Have handled limit set up, increase in limit, presenting companys case to the bankers for both fund based and non fund based limits- Can Independently handle the relationship with bankers Managing the daily collection and payment for all the group entities.- Liaison with bank for all the banking operation (eg opening of bank account, day to day operation,automation projects etc)- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecast and tracking actual variation against it and driving necessary actions to minimise it.- Building robust MIS to give end to end visibility to Senior Management on the banking operation and treasury functions- Managing the surplus funds in bank account and deployment of the same on daily basis as per the treasury policy of the company.- Ensuring timely payment of all the statutory dues.- Driving automation of all the banking transactions (integration of banking system with companies internal systems) to reduce float.- Managing the statutory audit, internal audit and other review with respect to Banking and Treasury functions and ensuring nil observation.- Ensuring minimum cost of banking operations by driving negotiations with banks and adopting the best in class industry practices for banking operation. Key Competencies: - Expert knowledge of the Banking Industry, relevant RBI guidelines and other relevant statutory requirements.- Experience of Fund Raising from Banks and setting up new products and implementation of modern age technology- Good working knowledge of
