Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Banking Partnerships to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with banking and insurance partners, promoting our financial product suite to their merchant networks, and driving revenue growth through collaborative go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners.
Act as the primary liaison between banking partners and internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle – from initial engagement and proposal to onboarding, customization, and post-launch support.
Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of banking partnerships by introducing new value-added offerings.
Identify and acquire new banking and financial institution partners to expand distribution of Mswipe’s payment solutions.
Conduct strategic discussions and present compelling partnership propositions aligned with mutual growth goals.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to drive product positioning, pricing, and strategic sales initiatives.
Create and execute sales plans and forecasts to meet defined revenue and partnership goals.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure high partner satisfaction and support new initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and partner forums to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
Solid understanding of banking and payment ecosystem, with experience in merchant acquiring or POS/payment product sales preferred.
Proven ability to drive results through relationship-building and consultative selling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
