Job Description
Banking solution team works closely with various teams internally and with our clients to offer the entire Neo banking solutions to end merchants.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• In depth understanding of the entire bucket of Business Banking products like Current Accounts, Escrow/Nodal/ FD's, TFX/FDI/ODI.
• Basic knowledge of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance/LOC/Corporate Cards/Capital products
• Gain an understanding of RazorpayX product suite, roadmap and chart to multiple banks offerings and stated needs.
• Meet with existing and prospective customers to communicate/present RazorpayX unique value proposition during executive presentations, demonstrations and solution discovery sessions.
• Develop a superior working relationship with banking partners for cross leveraging synergy optimisation and Work within the multiple other Stakeholders
• Responsible for prioritising the solutions that needed to be implemented.
• Work with Product, marketing, customer experience & other teams to plan & execute promotional activity, building new products and offerings, create implement and deploy proposed solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis (up to 40% travel time).
• Added advantage would be having good connections in startup ecosystem, VC's etc
Mandatory Qualifications:
• 5 to 7 years experience in the banking domain as a relationship Manager or branch manager, preferably dealing with corporate/SME clients
• Experience in dealing with commercial assets like FX, CC, OD, TL, Export Finance/LOC/Corporate Cards/Capital products
• Outstanding communication skills - Someone who does not let geographical distances create any communication gaps
• Influencing skills to drive conversations, inspire movement and evangelise opportunity areas in bank and RazorpayX
• Can manage multiple internal & external stakeholders and have productive discussions with them
• Past experience in banking domain is necessary
• Past experience in a product company or a FinTech
• Love the idea of being a technology & solutions evangelist and are excited about connecting dots and envisioning new opportunities.
• Have technology consulting chops and can stitch solutions from a bouquet of business banking features
• Either past experience at a fintech company with exposure to banks or part of the product team of a bank will be an advantage
• Loves working with banks and sales teams to translate business requirements to solutions and also, in tandem with product, engineering and customer success team to take such solutions to customers
