• Develop and implement effective brand management strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Drive the execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Oversee the production of promotional materials and marketing content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor competitive activities and generate ideas to increase market share.
• Develop strategies to improve customer experience and drive brand loyalty
The Successful Applicant
• 5+ years of overall experience in brand management, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• Open to Gurgaon as a location, WFO/WFH.
• Candidate should come preferably with experience dealing with the health insurance industry.
• Strong consumer facing brand management experience is a necessity
• MBA in sales and marketing is mandatory
