Ctc- Will be dependent on candidates experience and current CTC levels
Qualification
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Outsourced Contact Center or BPO management Sales experience
• Minimum of 18 Plus years experience in a sales leadership in Hunter role.
Role responsibility
• Identifying potential areas of growth for New Business Development
• Should have exposed to bring in business from different Regions in India
• Should have brought in businesses for BFSI
• Should have brought in processes such as Voice, Non-Voice, Back-Office etc
• Identifying areas of improvements to be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through phone prospecting, marketing and industry relationships
• Pro-actively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities. Contract negotiation
• Overseeing CLM sales cycle tracking tools to ensure that they are current
• Managing directory, CXO’s listings and sponsorship opportunities
• Increase pipeline generation
• Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
