Job title: Senior Manager, Business Development
Roles & responsibilities:
▪ To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote dental tourism for the clinic.
▪ To work with external agencies for online and offline advertising, content marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
▪ To work with partners and channels (corporate and government) for the requirements for dental treatment
▪ To establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the dental tourism industry, such as embassies, medical facilitators, hospitals, and agents.
▪ To manage the online and offline marketing of the clinic including the promotion strategy
▪ To manage client requirements and handle inquiries in a timely professional manner.
▪ To generate and handle business-to-business (B2B) inquiries for the dental treatment
Eligibility criteria:
• Worked in management & marketing roles for at least 2-3 years
• Best in communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage business relationships, ensuring the best service quality
• Highly proficient in English (writing & speaking)
• The candidate with work experience in hospital industry will be preferred
