We believe the world will look very different after this pandemic, as it did after the Second World War and the financial crisis of 2008. We foresee a gigantic acceleration towards digitalization. Especially in the B2B space, which has lagged behind its B2C peers. The pandemic will change that equation.

Our odds are better because of the opportunity to configure ourselves at a very young stage for the new world without the pressure to defend existing revenue streams, balance the count, or pivot the business model. About the Business Operations role
As the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our organization. You will lead a team responsible for process improvement, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes across all areas of operations- payments operations, customer onboarding, compliance, and risk.
• Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate processes, making adjustments as necessary.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Set up dashboards and reporting cadence across all functions
• Oversee the collection and analysis of data to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Create and present reports to senior leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Foster collaboration and communication among various departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives- finance, product, compliance & risk, and sales
• Act as a liaison between departments to resolve operational issues and promote teamwork.
4. Technology and Tools:
• Leverage technology and systems to optimise workflows and enhance productivity.
• Identify and implement new technologies that support operational improvements.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to build tools- document business requirements and follow through development and implementation
5. Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans based on operational insights.
• Provide recommendations for strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
The Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior operations management role, with at least 7 years of experience, preferably in payments/fintech industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant technology and tools.
• The ability to drive change and deliver results.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheet- data analysis, and modelling Knowledge of SQL and data tools (Tableau, MS BI) is a plus.
Location
This position is based in Delhi, India, and may require occasional travel as needed.
