Your new role
The Senior Manager, Business Planning & Delivery is responsible for ensuring Member Growth initiatives are well planned and prioritised to deliver on Member Growth's OKRs.
You will facilitate and be responsible for business planning and prioritisation across Member Growth's Value Streams and Practices
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Deep experience in managing delivery portfolios and/orcomplex programs within the Banking and Financial services sector working as abusiness or technical program manager
Demonstrated proficiency with project managementtools e.g. Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated experience in successfullymanaging, and leading others in managing, projects including planning,execution and the successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget
Innovative problem solving and decision-makingwith a focus on service delivery excellence and achievement of business objectives
