Through strong partnerships across the organisation, you help Great Southern Bank turn strategic intent into measurable uplift in workforce capability.
Shaping the organisational capability roadmap and guiding priority skill uplift across the bank.
Translating enterprise capability needs into practical programs and leading discovery, design and delivery activity.
Partnering with senior leaders, SMEs, L&D and CIO to ensure capability initiatives land effectively and consistently.
Managing capability investment and vendor partnerships to deliver high quality, scalable and cost-effective solutions.
Using data and workforce insights to influence decision-making, support planning and strengthen organisational readiness.
Embedding continuous improvement through post-program reviews and uplift measurement.
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Significant experience (8+ years) in capability development, workforce planning, organisational development or strategic learning.
Strong experience facilitating workshops, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing program delivery end-to-end.
Deep understanding of capability frameworks, skill taxonomies and contemporary approaches to learning and development.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise capability programs aligned to business strategy.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in complex stakeholder environments.
Strong background in data-driven decision making, including workforce analytics and capability measurement.
Experience managing budgets, vendors and investment decisions in learning or capability contexts.
