Description
The Supply Chain Services Lead inputs into decisions on operating standards and procedures and actively contributes to process and service improvements enhancing the Supply Chain Management (SCM) support given to Vodafone markets. In addition they ensure established standards and procedures are followed in line with agreed KPIs and service levels so that the business can achieve its objectives.
Typically reports to the Senior Supply Chain Services Manager.
Job Responsibility
• Provides operational support to deliver SCM tasks in line with global processes and ensures that these are fit for purpose and improved and adapted accordingly;
• Good understanding of concepts and procedures across Supply Chain Services to recommend standards and processes around which the team should operate and delivers activities in line with agreed KPIs and service levels;
