An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and pro-active Senior Project Manager - Design to join our Programme Management team in our client space @ Pune
We are currently delivering significant programmes of work across the private and public sectors
Many of our projects are iconic, international in reach and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the market place.
Experience in leading workstreams on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing and innovative environment would be ideal.
Role:
Design Manager with 8-10 years experiences working in IPC/ reputed design firms in Corporate interiors with an integrated approach with MEP Services, client/stakeholder management, Presentations, workplace strategy and CRES technology.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Design management is a leadership role with a focus to ensure client workspace objectives are met.
• Should coordinate and align the design guidelines established within the client’s organization
• Should work with client design team/design guardian to give feedbacks and work on region based design guidelines
• Should work on establishing the makes and brands of key items with detailed understanding of the specifications
• Should work with client procurement team to get the big ticket items make list prepared and available to project teams, ensuring availability of negotiated rates for each such item.
• Should review the BOQs furnished by respective design consultants and give feedback
• Should work with internal and external partners/design consultants to ensure sustainable design as the key design parameter
• Should work with internal and external partners to establish various innovative and new ways of sustainable design, materials, work patterns.
• Should be able to manage 3 key roles of design management - operational, tactical, and strategic
