Description
Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Desktop Senior Manager who will be primarily responsible for managing the entire Desktop Team and insuring quality technical and customer support for all users and executives.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinate Desktop services with a focus on leadership
Staff and managing the entire desktop team
Monitor desktop services, allocate resources, track data, prepare reports, and train staff
Coordinate and manage all desktop hardware moves
Develop training materials and procedures while training users in the proper
Oversee and maintain all desktop computer hardware and software
Maintain and monitor all software used on Desktop, Mac, and Laptop computers, Windows, Mac OS, industry and proprietary software
Maintain IT Inventory, including hardware and software
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Desktop team's productivity
Responsible for keeping up to date with technological trends to maintain knowledge of hardware and software
Evaluate software, hardware, or peripheral equipment and recommend improvements or upgrades
Work with vendors to help resolve technical issues
Ensure project/department objectives and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems
Perform other duties as assigned

Excellent communication skills with all users including management and executives
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

Preferred
Previous role as a manager, team lead or supervisor
3-5 years working in a service delivery environment
