Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering practices: ability to work with large, complex datasets, experience with data pipelines
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (eg: GitLab, AWS, Azure) and tools for scalable AI solutions (eg. Docker, Kubernetes)
General understanding of Databases
Proven ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI models, monitoring and automation of AI workflows
Knowledge of AI-related data privacy, ethical AI guidelines, and regulatory compliance
Ability to align AI initiatives with business goals, prioritise projects effectively and drive measurable outcomes
Solid knowledge of software engineering principles: understanding of clean code practices and agile development methodologies.
