The Role Responsibilities
Job Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to be part of Legal, Audit, Risk and CFCC domains who is highly motivated and skilled in handling large projects. Delivering value to our customers is at the core of what our teams do - this role works closely with Development, Design, TechBA and SRE teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of each project initiative.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of various projects / initiatives with in CRHS (part of LARC)
Strategy
Clear understanding of Development framework, DWOW and agile principles.
Drive various initiatives in alignment to SCB, FCIO and LARC strategies.
Business
Knowledge to handle end-to-end delivery pertaining to CRHS initiatives.
Processes
Creating and maintaining all documents and artefacts in line with DWOW for each of the project initiative.
People and Talent
Provide guidance to the Development team when needed especially from DWOW perspective.
Build future pipeline of Work.
Conduct all Agile ceremonies.
Risk Management
Work closely with Development Team to ensure projects are implemented in line with approved Architecture and Target Architecture, In line with Biz stakeholders, Product Owners, Change Teams requirements.
Governance
Responsible to work with Change Team and Product owners to ensure timely delivery of project initiatives within approved budget.
Ensure Cost variance is zero or minimum.
Regulatory and Business Conduct
