Job Description
-Act as manager of manager & lead functional accountability - handle team management activities, Support manager & team members' individual development plans to build new skillsets required to thrive in a culture.
-Prepare strategic vision & provide thought leadership - Establish strong vision for growth with global & open mindset and Engage, influence, and evangelize technical practices with development, operational and product groups to align technology service/solution delivery. Provide thought leadership for quality accountability within the organization with well-defined processes, metrics, and goals for process quality
Collaborate with relevant technical leaders or stakeholders on various capability & capacity planning to support future business requirements
Co-ordinate with different enterprise vendors (Google, HarshiCorp, Microsoft etc.)
Collaborate with different enterprise teams (Application Developers, Cloud and Platform Engineering, etc).
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should have extensive experience with Devops and SRE practice, having worked on GCP cloud, Terraform, and python scripting language
15+ years of relevant experience. 10+ years of management experience including managing managers
Past hands-on experience in SRE/ DevOps/Infrastructure Platforms
