We’re currently hiring a Senior Manager with deep expertise in digital assets to join our growing Accounting Advisory team. If you love working with innovative clients—crypto funds, exchanges, DeFi platforms, fintech startups—and want to help them navigate complex US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work on high-impact projects that help our clients solve problems and make better decisions. Your day-to-day may include:

Advising clients in the digital asset ecosystem, including funds, exchanges, custodians, and fintech startups, on complex accounting and financial reporting issues

Reviewing and preparing US GAAP financial statements, disclosures, and audit workpapers

Supporting clients with accounting policies, SEC filings, and audit readiness

Leading and mentoring a high-performing team across engagements

Contributing to business development and thought leadership in the digital asset space

What You’ll Bring

We know great team members come from all kinds of backgrounds. Some things we typically look for:

A degree in Accounting

7+ years of experience in audit or advisory, including direct experience with digital assets

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and COSO frameworks

Prior team management experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

CPA required

Experience with IPOs or SPAC/De-SPAC transactions is a plus

“Big 4” experience strongly preferred
