Skills Required
1. Lean six sigma certified from renowned institutions (ASQ/ ISI/ Benchmark/ VAR Sigma/ KPMG/ Simplilearn)
Strong in lean six sigma concepts
2. Extensive experience in having identified and driven continuous improvement/ process improvement/process transformation.
3. Process improvement and analytical bent of mind - who have worked on Business improvement projects
4. Able to articulate clearly the process improvements driven
5. Has the skills to identify/recognize automation opportunities.(Preferable RPA exposure)
6. Strong in change management / acts as a change catalyst
Experience :
- 12 - 16 years in continuous improvement/ process improvement/process transformation.
- Must have managed global clients/stakeholders
- Must have domain experience to be with FAO/ Banking
- Industry experience can be BPO/ Manufacturing/ Healthcare
