Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
• List products on all eCommerce platforms (new and existing) AMAZON, FLIP KART, COMPANY WEBSITE
• Manage content for the listing process
• Coordinate with internal teams for reviewing listings & content on all Commerce platforms
• Develop pricing strategies to increase sales on marketplaces
• Manage orders routed through e-commerce platforms including management, overview, order fulfillment, inventory management and logistics by coordinating with the Operations and Delivery team
• Manage campaigns for a festive discount on all e-commerce platforms
• Work in a Multilevel facility
• Maintain database of orders and inventory
• Maintain and monitor product pricing for all platforms
• Coordinate with the Website development team to improve the website
• Ensure customer delight through order fulfillment with E-mails and SMS
• Manage customer relations and after-sales service including installation guide and returns
• Maintain Accurate product listing and inventory on an excel spreadsheet
Skills and Experiences:
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar field
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
