Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager in our NetSuite Practice. As a Delivery Manager, you would be providing day-to-day support to a team of direct/indirect reports while managing the overall delivery to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and customization. To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to be able to prioritize their schedule to assist with escalations, solution architecting, and contribute to the overall practice through continuous process improvement and driving positive change.
Roles & Responsibilities (Includes But Not Limited To)
Manage a team of direct/indirect reports. Act in a player-coach role where you will train, motivate, and support the team members. Responsible for setting goals for individual team members and providing support to help them meet/exceed those goals.
Stay involved in project engagements and client relationships.
Train and onboard new hires; ensuring new hires are aligned with the company culture, methodologies and providing ongoing support to help them succeed in their role.
Perform quality management of client deliverables on portfolio of projects.
Manage change control on projects, ensuring communication is proactive to internal and external contacts in the event any changes need to occur.
Hands-on involvement in new NetSuite Implementation projects.
Provide assistance during pre-sales activities (client demos etc.).
Assist with recruiting activities working closely with senior leadership and talent team.
Customize And Configure NetSuite Modules Based On Business Requirements.
Invested in self-development by staying informed about latest NetSuite updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or MBA in the field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or any other relevant field.
Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general services specific industry experience.
Proven experience with at least 7+ years experience as an ERP Manager with a focus on NetSuite.
Individual has at least 8 to 10 end-to-end NetSuite implementations and has hands-on Technical/Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience.
NetSuite Certification is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful ERP implementations.
Understanding of Suite Script, Suite Flow, and other NetSuite customization tools is highly desired.
Good understanding of database concepts and data modelling is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of solving complex problems.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
