We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Events to lead the planning and execution of high-impact national and regional events that support our corporate, investor, and internal engagement goals. This role is ideal for an experienced event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences that drive business results.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional events (corporate, investor, internal).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events support broader marketing and business goals.
Manage and develop the Sales Coordinator and any future team members.
Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Maintain and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and value.
Ensure brand consistency and quality in all event touchpoints.
Track event KPIs, analyze data and deliver post-event insights and recommendations.
Provide on-site leadership during events, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.
Champion continuous improvement through post-event debriefs and best practices.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Event planning or project management certification is an asset.
7–10 years of progressive experience in event planning and management.
Proven success managing national-scale corporate or investor-focused events.
Highly organized with exceptional project and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Experience leading direct reports and collaborating across departments.
Strong background in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable event outcomes and ROI.
Strategic thinking with a focus on effective event planning and execution.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and evaluating event performance.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
