Location : Delhi
Job Overview
• Business Operations lead to support India region - Pipeline, Consumption Revenue, drive new business initiatives, HQ Reporting, Market Analysis and collaborate with RP, Business Development and Marketing team.
• Drive business reviews with Regional President (RP) for India business
• Partner with marketing team to track marketing spend, programs, ROI, new business strategy and operations reviews and support
• Consumption market analysis and insights for RP and San Diego HQ teams Smartphones, Compute, IoT, Auto markets
• Partner with business development team for new business proposals, ROI, key data points and analysis for business meetings
• Perform additional ad hoc market & strategic analysis from time to time.
• Manage budget vs actuals for business and finance spends
Requirements
• 6+ years relevant industry experience in business finance, business operations
• Experience in working with management, business & marketing teams
• Excellent Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to provide insights on India Consumption Market and present to management
• Planning & prioritization of work assigned
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews on regular basis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements
• Masters in Business Administration in Finance, and/or Business analytics from reputed B-school, or CA
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Senior Manager, Finance Growth Delivery - South Asia
The Senior Manager, Finance Growth Delivery - South Asia, is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day guidance of opening hotel finance teams in South Asia, including but not limited to the timely setup of systems, licenses, insurance, banking, reporting, and general support to the hotel-based Finance Team on all opening-related matters. In addition, the role will oversee ad hoc special projects in the South Asia region to support growth initiatives in the finance pillar.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
This role has a critical impact on the timeliness and quality of every hotel opening and conversion in APAC, which in turn impacts brand performance and commercial performance ramp-up through these performance objectives:
Hotel Openings (Finance)
• For hotel openings in South Asia, coordinate the checklist review and timely completion of tasks between regional teams, the hotel-based finance leader, and other relevant hotel-based teams.
• Standard opening finance tasks, including:
• Onboarding of each new on-property finance team, including assignment of training, follow-up, and performance issue escalation.
• Ongoing support to on-property finance team members.
• With the assistance of the regional team, coordinate resources for the task force
• Coordination of waiver requests to the Regional Office for any deemed requirement to vary from Policy.
• Prior to the Opening Date, confirm that all insurances are in place from the Owner and/or by Hilton
• Act as a strong support to the on-property finance team members on compliance points, daily processes, team structure, applicable waivers, etc. Assist in identifying the latest document to use to verify compliance with finance policies and procedures prior to opening and after hotel opening
• Either remote-based or on-site visit reports for all properties to summarize Finance-related issues and provide constructive suggestions to address challenges that may arise.
• Define and confirm the details of any change in the operating/employing entity.
• Act as a liaison between the hotel team and regional teams to provide updates on licensees and insurances, by creating and maintaining comprehensive schedules to track and cross-reference the terms, expiration dates, termination provisions, applicable insurance limits, etc., for all required Licenses, Permits, and Inspections.
