Cloud Engineering / DevOps Lead
EXL Digital is extending its Cloud Engineering team and is looking for an experienced Cloud Engineering / DevOps Lead join the team. At EXL we believe there is always a better way. In this role, you’ll be front and center talking to clients, prospects, and internal teams to fully understand the business challenge at hand then work with them and a team of experts with multiple areas of Cloud domain expertise to arrive at elegant and effective Cloud enable solutions.
While our overriding strategy is Cloud-first for such solutions, we fully realize that there may be cases where a hybrid-Cloud or even an on premise solution will be the best approach to meet business needs. We’ll be relying on you to look deep and find the best solution in a collaborative and inclusive manner then work with others to make it happen.
• Technical Skills required for the role
• Expertise with deploying solutions on Cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines
• Expert level solutioning skills in one of the primary Cloud hyper-scalers with a preference for AWS skills
• Deep understanding of Cloud security, user and identity management, and network configuration and administration
• Deep understanding of the primary services leveraged in building and deploying, at scale, Cloud-native applications and platforms
• Must have Soft Skills
• Leverages teamwork to achieve organizational goals aligned with business outcomes

• Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with geo-distributed stakeholders

• Work with the Cloud Engineering and Digital peer teams to deliver on commit dates for new or enhanced offerings per the roadmaps
• Leverage internal and external feedback to address solution design points that could be improved
