• Lead the organization through best practices around performance management, enabling teams to scale and meet their goals
• Develop strategies to grow and retain top talent
• Build professional relationships with internal stakeholders
• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and define strategies
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs
• Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition
• To strategize, direct and ensure timely and correct implementation of new policies and procedures which are in line with the business goals
• Manage payroll & benefits administration for Solulever India
• Liaison with external vendors related to recruitment, payroll, statutory compliances
• Promote diversity and inclusion by supporting committee in delivering programs
• Lead all employee engagement initiatives, implement engagement surveys, analyze feedback & implement action plans
• Reviewing HR policies, to keep aligned with statutory changes
• Manage talent retention to ensure that talent at Solulever, is retained.
• Ensuring seemless onboarding experience, including background verifications
• Responsible for driving Performance Management and Employee Engagement initiatives
• Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems
• Proactively communicate policies and process to employees
What we look for-
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field; Master’s degree is preferred
• Experienced HR professional with atleast 8+years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in IT industry is preferred
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
