Design customized HR solutions & lead client meetings solution presentations, solution orals, transformation workshops

Creating end to end HR outsourcing solution focusing on key factors and leverage digital and AI tools to create a compelling future state model

Work closely with Transitions and Change Management teams to ensure smooth transition of HR processes/activities to Genpact

Managing projects to ensure successful delivery of planned outcomes

Support/work with diverse, multi-cultural global teams to create HRO solutions for clients

contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.,
