Job description

Looking for HR - OD or Transformation for one of the Management consulting firm based out of Ahmedabad location.

Incumbent will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives, designing organization structures, roles, and performance management systems, as well as overseeing learning and development, OD interventions, and leadership development.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business goals and objectives.

- Design and develop efficient organizational structures to meet current and future business needs ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.

- Define roles and responsibilities along with Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to implement effective goal-setting processes.

- Develop and manage a comprehensive performance management system. Oversee performance improvement plans (PIPs) and individual development plans (IDPs).

- Identify learning needs and develop appropriate training programs.

- Implement OD interventions to enhance organizational performance.

- Design and implement rewards and recognition programs. Develop incentive schemes to motivate and retain employees.

- Create and implement effective HR systems, policies, and practices.

- Develop and implement Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks.

- Regularly review and update compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.

- Develop and implement competency frameworks and skill matrices. Conduct assessments and development center activities to identify and develop talent.

- Develop and implement succession planning strategies.

- Develop and manage HR scorecards and analytics to track and report on HR performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR OD or a similar role.

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- MBA in HR

- Proven experience in HR transformation and organizational development.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, organizational design, and performance management.
