Process Overview* Compliance team is part of Enterprise Risk and Finance – Application Production Support (ERF APS) providing end-to-end technology solutions for applications supporting the Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operation Risk and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT).

The team is engaged in over 120+ applications for Production Support & related activities. GBAMT’s type of work and services include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using a wide range of technologies. The APS India team provides extensive support of these applications by adapting the ITIL processes.

Job Description* The individual will be responsible to play the role of Technology Manager for the applications in Compliance – Global Financial Crimes Technology. This would an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities*
• Technical Manager for large critical Line of Business
• Manage 50+ highly critical Financial Crimes applications
• Management oversight for 15+ associates
• Single point Leadership during India hours and representing Global leadership meetings
• Excellent knowledge in core ITIL concepts, specifically Incident management, should be able to lead triage from front
• Hands-on Subject Matter Expertise for multiple high Tier / UCAL applications
• Role model for the team. Inspire and mentor team.
• Attention to details. Track the root cause of all problem tickets raised in the space and validate the permanent resolutions.
• Mentor / guide team members on issues/queries and other deliverables
• Perform data compliance and quality review of all the incidents & problems
• Drive key strategic Initiatives over and above BAU
• Provide regular communication & generate reports to all key stake holders
• Revisit the existing process & need to provide inputs for improving the same
• Identify risk and drive remediations – ensure any day audit ready situation for the team
• Great team player with positive intent and attitude towards work
• Timely adherence to all deliverables
